Our supplies are PLATED over Brass or Pewter. We have few selections of plating; Gold Plate, Rhodium Plate, Rose gold Rhodium Plate, Oxidized Rhodium (Gunmetal) Plate, Antique Brass Plate, Black Jewelry Coating, and sometimes Enamel Paint. Plated items does not mean they are fine metals. Plated items have limited life. Exposing to moisture, chemicals, natural oils, etc will cause a shortening of plated life. Jewelrism does not at any time offer warranty of our items that have been purchased. Plated Life can vary. All chains we have listed on our shop are final sale. Returns or exchange is not acceptable.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Shipping department is Located in South Korea. We ship items to everywhere in the world.
General Shipping Days
All items are plated, they have limited life time. We would like to keep all items be fresh, we have very minimal inventory due to the life time of products. Most of items are made to order, we mail out orders within 3-7 business days after receiving payment.
Some orders can take more than 3-7 preparation days. (1 to 8 weeks in case of minor complications) PLUS 7-20 business days or more for Shipping. It is possible not to receive them within 2 weeks (delivery time varies and affected by custom process & post office condition) If you don't receive within 45 days, please contact us.
TYPES OF SHIPPING
You can select shipment for your order during the checkout.
Order value from 1 to 80 USD - $5.90 for for Priority mail (K-packet) by post office. EMS is flat rate which is $26 and Fedex is also flat rate $29.
Order value from 81 to 200 USD - $8.90 for for Priority mail (K-packet) by post office. EMS is flat rate which is $26 and Fedex is also flat rate $29.
Order value above 201 USD - There will be no option for Priority mail, we require to purchase EMS or Fedex for orders above $200. EMS is flat rate which is $26 and Fedex is also flat rate $29.

▶ K-Packet (Priority Mail)
$5.90 USD Flat Rate for orders from 1 to 80 USD, 8.90 USD flat rate for orders from 81 to 200 USD. Usually delivers within 7-15 business days AFTER Shipment Date. Note: These days do not apply if a package is held at Customs.This option comes with a Tracking Number. An email will be sent stating your Tracking Number and when your order ships.
Recommended to purchase for these Countries: Italy, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Africa, Mexico, Brazil and Spain. We strongly recommend these Countries to purchase K-Packet/Priority Mail, EMS, or FEDEX.
Italy and South Africa: Post Office does not offer EMS. The other option is Fedex. Starting at $22.00
Jewelrism IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.
▶ EMS Express Mail
$26 USD Flat Rate, however much you purchase. Delivers within 3 - 5 business days AFTER Shipment Date. Note: These days do not apply if a package is held at Customs.This option comes with a Tracking Number. An email will be sent stating your Tracking Number and when your order ships.
Additional information: EMS is the most secure Shipping Method. Highly Recommended.
Additional information: EMS is not available to these countries: ITALY, SOUTH AFRICA, NEW CALEDONIA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, LEBANON, REUNION ISLAND, LITHUANIA, MALTA, MONACO, SWAZILAND, SOUTH AFRICA, URUGUAY, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, COLOMBIA, PUERTO RICO(USA), GUAM(USA) If you are in those countries and you pay $22 for shipping, your order will go out with Fedex instead of EMS automatically.
Additional information: Purchasing EMS does not effect lead/prep times. Orders go out in the order they come in.
▶ Fedex Economy
$29 Flat Rate. Delivers within 3 - 7 business days AFTER Shipment Date. Note: These days do not apply if a package is held at Customs.This option comes with a Tracking Number. An email will be sent stating your Tracking Number and when your order ships. If you would like Fedex service for your order, please contact us once you make an order. We will get back to you ASAP.
All items are securely wrapped with bubble wrap and packaged in Boxes.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages during shipment. Lost or Damaged during shipment must be taken to your postal service.
DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ADDRESS
We highly recommend you to double check your Shipping Address. We are not responsible for orders that go out to the Wrong Address.
There can be cases that some orders ship without some items. If an item is still in production and we send out your order, you can not be notified the SAME DAY we ship. When there are Back Orders, items will be sent with First Class Air (or Priority Mail) - Free of Charge. If another Shipping Method is requested, shipping costs will be at the Customer's expense.
If an item or package is stuck at Customs, Jewelrism is NOT responsible for paying, reimbursing, and/or resending packages.
Packages stuck at Customs is not our responsibility.
Packages that have additional charges is not our responsibility.
RETURN or EXCHANGE
For defected or damaged items -notify us with an attached photo within 2 weeks from the date of receiving - Replacements/Exchanges may be authorized with further instructions from our supervisors. The replacement will go out with first class air or priority mail, there will be no extra shipping charge for the replacement unless you request EMS or Fedex.
Not Considered as Defected items and Return or exchange will not be accepted in this case.
*Plating discoloration *It Size and texture of an item is little different than previous order. *Clasps - If a clasp does not open correctly - It is because of the residue from the plating process. This is very common in mass produced items. Tip. If you open and close in a consistent motion, the residue will clear up.For unwanted items - Customers must contact us within a week from the delivery date. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. You will be addressed for return instructions an restrictions. *Chains are final sale
Custom order and Large quantity wholesale orders *Custom orders will not be refunded unless we address the return instruction before receiving a payment also there will be cancellation fee which is 70% of total payment. *Large wholesale orders (We consider order as a large wholesale order only when single item total is over $1,000) will be considered as a custom orders, Return for exchange or refund will not be accepted unless the items are defected or Buyers pay 70% of cancellation fee.
